COVID-19. Don’t be dumb, Be Prepared.

Let me start out by mentioning the obvious:

Toilet paper and hand sanitizer won't help you
Clorox won't help you
Cancelling the NBA, concerts and flights won't save you
A badass immune system WILL HELP YOU.
 
It is a scientific fact that the only thing hand sanitizers are capable of, are kill the good bacteria on your hands and exposing your skins natural protection barrier to even more viruses and harmful germs. Thats right, every time you use it, you're INCREASING your chances of catching something. I spoke to a scientist and surgeon at Emory University about it this morning, so I hope you saved your receipts.
 
Now that I've gotten that out of the way, lets talk about preparing for the worst.
"We need to change our focus from avoiding to preparing."
We need to understand that though the media is creating panic, COVID-19 is extremely contagious (obviously). It has made its way onto the entire globe and in local communities within 4 weeks.
 
So instead of freaking out like there's Black Friday Deals in the cleaning isle, why don't we focus on ways to best fight COVID-19 if we do come in contact with it, because you probably will. While you are doomsday prepping with water and TP, stroll yourself over to the fruit and vegetable department and make your body as prepared as possible to fight an infection.
 
"Create an environment within your system that is better prepared to fight off sickness, so that coronavirus becomes as scary as the common cold: not very fun, but we'll live."
 
Here are some key FOODS to ramp up your immunity to illnesses, so that if and when you catch this virus, you'll be okay:
 
  • Turmeric Root

  • Manuka Honey
  • Milk Thistle
  • Wheat Grass
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Citrus Fruits
  • Blueberries
  • Every Dark Green Veggie possible (especially spinach)
